HOW TO USE

Step 1 — Cleanse AM & PM: 
Blue Wrist Washbands on. Apply the Superfood Gel Cleanser to damp skin. Massage in gentle circular motions across the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water. Double cleanse every morning and evening.

Step 2 — AHA PM only, 2–3x per week: 
After cleansing, apply to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on overnight. Do not rinse. Start with twice a week and build up. Always use SPF the following morning.

Step 3 — Vitamin C Serum AM & PM: 
After cleansing (and after AHA has absorbed on treatment nights). Press into the face and neck. Use Facial Massager immediately after to maximise penetration.

Step 4 — Eye Cream AM & PM: 
Use your ring finger (it applies the least pressure important around the eyes) to gently pat a pea-sized amount around the orbital bone. Use Facial Massager after. Never rub.

Step 5 — Moisturise AM & PM:

Q: I've tried Vitamin C before and it didn't work. Why is this different?
A: Most Vitamin C products use L-Ascorbic Acid, which oxidises quickly and often causes irritation. This serum uses Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate, the most stable, oil-soluble form available. It penetrates deeper, stays potent longer, and works without sensitivity issues. Combined with the AHA step that opens the skin's surface before application, it reaches skin at full effectiveness.

Q: What does the AHA Exfoliating Lotion actually do?
A: AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids) are naturally derived acids that gently dissolve the bonds holding dead skin cells to the surface.
