Q: What does the HD Setting Powder do that the Mineral Powder Foundation doesn't?
A: Different jobs. Mineral Loose Powder provides a coverage layer and SPF 15. HD Setting Powder provides a translucent seal, no colour, no coverage, just locks all three layers underneath in place, absorbs oil, and eliminates flashback. Without the seal, the base is well-built but not locked down.
