Most people notice a visible difference in texture and brightness within the first 2–3 uses. Suitable for all skin types including oily and combination. The 60ml moisturiser provides approximately two months of consistent use.

HOW TO USE

Step 1: Cleanse — AM & PM

Apply the Superfood Gel Cleanser to damp skin. Massage in gentle circular motions across the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water or use your Reusable Makeup Pad. We recommend double cleansing both AM and PM, especially in the evening. Second cleanse in the evening ensures SPF, pollution, and oxidised sebum (a key dullness trigger) are fully cleared before the AHA step.

Step 2: AHA Exfoliating Lotion — PM only, 2–3x per week

After cleansing, apply to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on overnight. Do not rinse. Start with twice a week and build up. Always use SPF the following morning.

Step 3: Eye Cream — AM & PM

Use your ring finger (it applies the least pressure important around the eyes) to gently pat a pea-sized amount around the eye area. Under the eye, outer corners, along the brow. Don't rub. Less is more here. Apply before your moisturiser.

Step 4: Moisturise — AM & PM

Apply the Firming Peptide Moisturiser to your face and neck while skin is still slightly damp, this helps lock in hydration more effectively. Use morning and night. On AHA nights, wait 30 minutes before moisturising. Always follow with SPF 50 in the morning.

Q: What does the AHA Exfoliating Lotion actually do?

A: AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids) are naturally derived acids that gently dissolve the bonds holding dead skin cells to the surface. Q: Will the AHA irritate my skin?

A: Formulated to be effective but not harsh, Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin B prevent the dryness many exfoliants cause. Start with twice a week and build tolerance. Reduce frequency if any sensitivity occurs.

Q: Do I need to use the AHA every night?
